This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be issued for purchases of SourceVerify subscriptions and token packs.

Purchases are processed by Paddle (Merchant of Record). Refunds are initiated through SourceVerify support and completed by Paddle.com.

First-Time Purchase Guarantee

We want you to be confident trying SourceVerify. For your first purchase (subscription or token pack), you may request a refund within 14 days, provided usage remains below our reasonable-use threshold:

Subscriptions (Auto-Renewing)

Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the period you paid for.

Token Packs

Token packs grant access to run verification tasks and have no cash value, are non-transferable, and expire 12 months after purchase unless otherwise stated.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us with your order details and a brief explanation:

If approved, we will submit the refund to Paddle within 2 business days; funds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment method and bank.

Jurisdiction-Specific Rights

Consumers in certain jurisdictions may have additional statutory rights (e.g., mandatory cooling-off rights for digital services). Where applicable law grants you a non-waivable right to a refund or withdrawal, we will honor it.
